We are committed to providing you with the best possible shipping experience. All orders are processed and shipped from our fulfillment center within 1-2 business days after your order is placed. You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times
- Standard Shipping (3-7 Business Days): Free on all orders.
- Express Shipping (2-3 Business Days): A flat rate of $9.95.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and begin from the date your order is shipped, not the date it is placed. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons or due to carrier delays, which are outside of our control.
International Shipping
For international orders, please be aware that any customs, duties, or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. These fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Delivery times for international orders may vary.

Damaged or Lost Packages
notebook-cards.com is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged after they have been delivered by the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete at the time of purchase. We are unable to reroute packages once they have been shipped.
